A familiar (and handsome) face was missing from The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 1.

With Michael Malarkey elevated to series regular status this fall, many fans were wondering about the whereabouts of Enzo on last Thursday "I'll Remember."

But, have no fear, Enzo will very much be here on The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 2.

He'll mislead Caroline a bit in order to take a road trip with everyone's favorite bubbly blonde, making it seem as if he has information that can lead to Bonnie and Damon's return.

Does he really? We can't say for certain. But who will the pair run into during their time away from Mystic Falls? Stefan. That should be interesting, shouldn't it? Check out the latest sneak peek now:

Viewers can also expect Alaric to actually take Elena up on her request to erase Damon from her memory this week, while Matt grows concerned over Jeremy's new friend and Julie Plec has promised, we'll learn exactly what's going on with Bonnie and Damon.
