Viewers were introduced to the hospital from Hell on The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 4.

We spent the hour with Beth in Atlanta, learning what she has been up to; by whom she's now surrounded; and the horrible circumstances she faces inside some seriously terrifying walls.

And then, to close the hour... Carol returned! It's safe to say we did not see that coming.

Glancing ahead to The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 5, the focus will shift a bit to Michael Cudlitz's Abraham Ford.

In the teaser above for "Self Help," we see Ford making an inspirational speech, pushing for the survivors to push on because they're at war and there's no going back.

All we know about what's to come, based on the official AMC promo, is that a "new set of issues [will] confront our group while on a mission."

Will they be able to push through and survive these challenges, asks the description, or better yet, each other?
