When you're watching your favorite show and a character from another show appears out of the bottom corner of the TV screen to do a little dance, swirling around the title of a show you have no interest in watching – what is that all about?
Casting well known actors in guest roles as a prominent killer. Duh. The bait and switch promos making you think someone is dying, only to find out they're still with us week after week. Hey, we can take some of these things, but when they become the norm instead of the exception, it starts to grate.
