After Olivia Pope's failed attempt to rescue herself on Scandal Season 4 Episode 10, it's up to the team at OPA to do the saving.
On Scandal Season 4 Episode 11, Jake, Huck, and Quinn are coming together to find Olivia, and something's going down at the White House.

At the White House, Fitz is giving a press conference, but the details of that speech aren't clear. He could be discussing the war Andrew and Liz want or he could be talking about, well, anything. The economy, taxes, gun control. It all falls under the scope of the presidency and it wouldn't be surprising if Fitz is holding out on going to war hoping Jake is able to bring Liv home to both of them.
But then again, Liz North can be seen meeting with Mellie Grant, so maybe she's putting the pressure on Fitz from a different direction.
Whether they'll bring Liv home this week remains to be seen, but you can bet we'll watch Scandal online to see if it happens.
