Not only is he going strong in Gotham Season 1 Episode 20, but he's taken aim at one of Jim's loved ones. So he thinks. Unfortunately for the fellow, he's running on dated information and this person isn't even in Jim's life anymore.

We also learn a bit about The Ogre, such as from what type of parents he came and that he was once...oh. I'm not going to ruin that juicy moment. Carrying on.
Oswald Cobblepot has even more reason to want to take out Sal and Bruce and Selina continue to grow there relationship. Was there a Fish spotting? Not even a nibble.
