The Bachelorette Season 11 will premiere on May 18. But those are not the numbers on which fans of these series ought to focus. This is: 2.
As in: there will be TWO featured Bachelorettes, as both Britt Nelson and Kaitlyn Bristowe will be vying for the attention, hearts and minds of 25 suitors.
Thanks to The Bachelorette spoilers, we know who prevails ... but check out the first teaser for the new season below if you want to find out the old fashioned way:
However, it's Kaitlyn and Britt who will be judged when the reality show returns.
"There are two Bachelorettes, and that's about to change," host Chris Harrison says in the first trailer for Season 11. "There's gonna be a vote."
Indeed, to kick off the festivities next month, the men will vote on which Bachelorette stays for the remainder of the season, a twist that has many critics crying sexism.
"I just don't feel like this is how I should have to do it," Kaitlyn herself cries in the above promo.
Do you agree? Is this an unfair arrangement? Or did the women agree to the set-up to begin with... so tough luck, basically?
