Can Stefan and company rescue Caroline... from herself?
That will be the main question hovering over The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 19, as executive producers Julie Plec and Caroline Dries are to tease an installment that will find this humanity-free blood sucker in captivity.
Stefan won't let on that he's returned to his former self, as he works with Damon and Elena to bring back their friend.
But she won't make it easy on them.
As previewed in the above promo, the plan to drain Caroline of her blood, make her weak and then bombard her with all she used to care about (rainbows, unicorns, theme parties...) will hit a hiccup when Caroline acts like..
... well, we'll let Damon explain what she acts like.
"You're a real bitch when you're hungry," he says in the teaser.
