There were cupcakes, sex dreams and vacation planning on The Real Housewives of New York City Season 7 Episode 11 as Kristen and Bethenny continued on their rocky this time Ramona got into the mix. 

But first, Bethenny invited the ladies to her cupcake decorating party where Ramona brought her own wine and glasses and Sonja thought the fondant roller could double as a sex toy.

No one was in tears until Kristen heard that Bethenny planned to leave their Turks and Caicos trip a day early and had to confront her about it. Everyone else had changed their schedules for this trip. Did they have to change them again for Bethenny? 

Turns out Bethenny was coming back to see her little girl's recital but she didn't expect anyone to change anything for her. However, she did end up in tears once again. 

After bonding with Bethenny while getting their toes done for the trip, Ramona decided to take up for her new friend and confronted Kristen about her anti-Bethenny rant which lead to Ramona asking the model turned housewife, "How dumb are you?"
