You may know him as the funny man, but Joel McHale has some dramatic acting chops and he's about to put them to use in The X-Files revival on Fox.
McHale joins the highly anticipated series return as Tad O'Malley, an anchor of a popular conservative internet news network who becomes an unlikely ally for Fox Mulder.
McHale is the latest addition to a growing cast, most of whom have already been a part of the series in the past, including the famous lead duo of David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson and Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, Mitch Pileggi as Walter Skinner and William B. Davis who played the "Cigarette Smoking Man" in the first go around.
Things are shaping up nicely for the six-episode event series. Does the addition of McHale add to the excitement? Hit the comments to chat about it!
