1. Chace Crawford - Blood and Oil

Does this face really need introduction? Chace Crawford lit up your screens as Nate Archibald on Gossip Girl and you still can't let him go. Will he do the same for you as Billy Lefever on Blood and Oil? The name sure set's you ablaze. Watch what happens when Billy and his wife move to the Bakken to start a laundromat and live out their dream, only to be pitted against a ruthless oil tycoon Sundays at 9/8c.

2. Lea Michele - Scream Queens

For six years Lea Michele played the beautiful and talented Rachel Berry on Glee. Now she's taking on the role of a dorky sorority pledge on Scream Queens named Hester Ulrich. Hester! Do you think she'll survive the season? The only way to find out is to watch Fox, Tuesdays at 9/8c (the premiere will be one hour earlier).

3. Zachary Levi - Heroes Reborn

It's Chuck! From Chuck!! Zachary Levi returns to television as Luke Collins in Heroes: Reborn. He's not a hero himself and aims to take them down with the help of his wife because of what they lost at the hands of heroes. Find out more when you tune in Thursdays on NBC at 8/7c.

4. Marcia Gay Harden - Code Black

Marcia Gay Harden was most recently seen on Trophy Wife as the ex. That hilariously funny show was never given a second season, but Harden will be given a second life as Dr. Leanne Rorish, the doctor in charge of the trauma unit at an LA County hospital. What was that? You recognize Luis Guzmán, too? He's currently in Narcos on Netflix. Good eye! Airing Wednesday at 10/9c on CBS.

5. Ed Westwick - Wicked City

You're welcome, Gossip Girl fans, as both warring factions of the Chuck and Nate debate are present and accounted for this fall season. Ed Westwick (Chuck Bass, Gossip Girl) will play one half of what will become somewhat of a Bonnie and Clyde duo, with his character, Kent, being a charismatic murderer. Charming! Watch him work with an 80s flair on Tuesdays at 10/9c on ABC.

6. Aisha Tyler - Criminal Minds

Aisha Tyler is on The Talk, Archer and Whose Line is it Anyway. She was also on Ghost Whisperer, the same as her predecessor on Criminal Minds, Jennifer Love Hewitt! She's joining the BAU Team as forensic psychologist Dr. Tara Lewis. Tune in Wednesdays at 10/9c on CBS!

7. Amber Valletta - Blood and Oil

You knew her as Lydia Davis on Revenge, but now Amber Valletta will be married to Don Johnson on Blood and Oil. Will she be seeking vengeance on that series as well? Only time will tell. Watch her as the oil baron's wife Darla Briggs on Sundays at 9/8c on ABC.

8. Raza Jeffrey - Code Black

Raza Jeffrey has been on Homeland, Elementary, Once Upon a Time and Smash, but now he'll be taking up residence on Code Black as one of the trauma doctors. You can see him Wednesdays at 10/9c on CBS.

9. Mehcad Brooks - Supergirl

You know Mehcad Brooks from USA Network's Necessary Roughness and as Eggs on True Blood. Now he'll be putting a difference spin on (former) Daily Planet photographer Jimmy Olsen on Supergirl. You can call him James. Watch him soar Mondays on CBS at 8/7c.

10. Jeffrey Dean Morgan - The Good Wife

He's been John Winchester (of course he was father to those hot brothers!) on Supernatural, casino manager Ike Evans on Magic City and this summer he wooed newly alien hybrid Halle Berry on Extant, but now Jeffrey Dean Morgan will be the newest investigator on The Good Wife. Will he and Alicia be able to fight off animal magnetism? Fid out when you watch Sundays at 9/8c on CBS!

11. S. Epatha Merkerson, Torrey Devitto, Oliver Platt, Colin Donnell - Chicago Med

What a crowd!! S. Epatha Merkerson played Lt. Anita Van Buren on the original Law & Order for a very long time. She'll be heading up the staff on Chicago Med as Sharon Goodwin. Torrey DeVitto was on both The Vampire Diaries and Pretty Little Liars, but will join CM as Dr. Natalie Manning. Oliver Platt most recently guest starred on The Good Wife as Diane Lockhart's conservative client, but will be psychologist Dr. Daniel Charles on Chicago Med and Colin Donnell was Tommy on Arrow and Scotty Lockhart on The Affair and will be Dr. Conner Rhodes on Chicago Med. 12. Emma Roberts - Scream Queens

Emma Roberts is known for her multiple seasons on American Horror Story. It's time to take over the college campus as Chanel Oberlin, as well. The queen of the sorority, she finds herself surrounded by gore when murders erupt right in her house. Are her hands clean? Find out when you tune in Tuesdays at 9/8c on Fox!

13. Calista Flockhart - Supergirl

No dancing babies this time around! You know her from Ally McBeal and Brothers and Sisters, but now Calista Flockhart will be Cat Grant, owner and CEO of CatCo on Supergirl. Watch her Wednesdays on CBS at 8/7c.

14. Jennifer Carpenter - Limitless

Debra lives! OK, this isn't Dexter, but Jennifer Carpenter is, once again, playing a law enforcement agent. This time she's with the FBI and chasing around Brian Finch when he takes NZT. Watch her as Agent Rebecca Harris on Tuesdays at 10/9c on CBS!

15. Maggie Lawson and Jane Lynch - Angel from Hell

You know Maggie Lawson from Psych and Jane Lynch from Glee. Now they'll be Allison and Amy on Angel from Hell. Allison (Lawson) will be minding her own business when a brash and sassy guardian angel (Lynch) inserts herself into her life. You can watch them Thursdays at 9:30 ET on CBS.

16. Don Johnson - Blood and Oil

Don Johnson has been in Miami Vice, Nash Bridges and most recently From Dusk Till Dawn the Series, but now he's hit it rich as Hap Briggs, a ruthless tycoon on Blood & Oil. Watch him go up against the new kid in town while trying to rein in his son on ABC, Sundays at 9/8c.

17. Erika Christensen - Wicked City

You won't recognize Julia Graham from Parenthood when you next see Erika Christensen, as her role of Betty on Wicked City puts her right into the 80s and Ed Westwick's murdering hands. No, she won't be killed (right away?), but she becomes the Bonnie to his Clyde (we think). Watch them together on ABC, Tuesdays at 10/9c this fall.

18. Betsy Brandt and Colin Hanks - Life in Pieces

Breaking Bad alum Betsy Brandt is Heather Short, sister to Fargo alum Colin Hank's Greg Short. They are part of one big, happy (if somewhat odd) family. In the pilot, dad stages his funeral. Is he really dead? Watch to find out. They will premiere on Mondays only to eventually move to a Thursday time slot. Yes, CBS does that! James Brolin and Dianne Wiest also star.

19. Chyler Leigh and David Harewood - Supergirl

Chyler Leigh rose to fame on Grey's Anatomy as Lexie Grey (RIP!) and more recently drove a cab on Taxi Brooklyn. David Harewood was on Homeland and Selfie. Now Leigh is Supergirl's sister, Alex Danvers, and Brooks is Hank Henshaw. They'll both be working for the DEO on Supergirl, Wednesdays on CBS at 8/7c.

20. James Frain - Gotham

You know James Frain from just about everything! He's been on True Blood, True Detective, Orphan Black, Agent Carter and Grimm, just to name a handful. Now he'll be joining Gotham as Theo Galavan and brother to Tigress. Rawr! Watch him shake things up Mondays on Fox!

21. Rebecca Rittenhouse - Blood and Oil

Rebecca Rittenhouse just spent a season as a nurse helping teenagers fight for their lives and for a spot with the cool kids on Red Band Society. Now she'll be Kelly Lefever on Blood & Oil, the other half of Chace Crawford's marriage and ready to take on Don Johnson in a battle of wills. Watch her Sundays on ABC at 9/8c.

22. Josh Hopkins - Quantico

Josh Hopkins was Greyson Ellis on Cougar Town, landing the catch of the decade in Jules Cobb. Can he catch a terrorist on Quantico? As Special Agent Liam O'Connor, he'll have a chance to find out, as one of the latest FBI recruits will be one launch a terrorist attack on US soil. Watch Sundays this fall on ABC at 10/9c.

23. Scott Michael Foster - Blood and Oil

You know Scott Michael Foster as Leo Hendrie on Chasing Life (RIP!), Kristoff on Once Upon a Time and Hunt Witmarsh on Halt and Catch Fire, to name a few. Now he's going dark as the rogue son of tycoon Hap on Blood & Oil. Wick Briggs will get into all kinds of trouble, so be sure to tune in Sundays at 9/8c to get your fill!

24. Taissa Farmiga - Wicked City

Proving there's a lot of talent going into Wicked City, Taissa Farmiga (known for her four seasons on American Horror Story), will be playing Karen McLaren, a reporter who stumbles upon quite the story on the boozy, smoke-filled clubs of the Sunset Strip in 1982. Find out more when you watch this fall, Tuesdays at 10/9c on ABC.

25. John Stamos - Grandfathered

John Stamos is best known for his role as Jesse on Full House, but he's also been on ER, Glee and Necessary Roughness, among other things. On Grandfathered he'll he starring as Danny, a happy bachelor who discovers he not only has a son, but a grandchild. His world will go mad. Be sure to tune in Tuesdays at 8/7c on Fox!

26. John Noble - Elementary

Fan favorite John Noble joins Elementary this season as Holmes' father. You know him as Ichabod Crane's son, Henry Parrish on Sleepy Hollow and Dr. Walter Bishop on Fringe. Find out how things play out when you tune into Elementary when it returns to the schedule in November, Thursdays at 10/9c on CBS.

27. Margo Martindale - The Good Wife

You know Margo Martindale as Claudia on The Americans and from her stint married to Beau Bridges on The Millers (she also guest starred on Masters of Sex), but now she's joining The Good Wife as a national political strategist to no doubt be a thorn in Eli's side! Watch her Sunday's on CBS at 9/8c!
