And on DC's Legends of Tomorrow Season 1 Episode 8 what they found was something rather unique.
By the time they got to town, Vandal was using his job at the local psychiatric hospital to turn teenagers into creatures with the help of a fallen meteor.
What he was doing before that? We have no idea!
The town was small and backward, and the Legends team had every intention of bringing it into 2016. Tough job.
They were liberating them sexually and racially. It was a tall order, but it was working.
And it's a good thing, too, because they all didn't make it out.
