9 Plot Twists That Made Our Head Spin

Who'd have thought that this musical comedy show would produce such an excellent and honest look at coming out as a bi-sexual and handle it with equal parts comedy and sensitivity?

Two year old Tali was absolutely adorable but her very existence sent fans, and Tony, into a tailspin. But it was almost impossible not to fall in love with Tali. Tony quit his job with NCIS and changed his entire life in order to take care of his little girl.

For three seasons, the big question lurking in the shadows has always been is Reddington Liz’s dad? The truth was finally revealed on the Season 3 finale. No matter what side of the aisle you were on, it was still a shocking moment to find out he isn't and that Alexander Kirk is.

The finale of Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce came out of nowhere. Delia's wedding was totally wrecked when Gordon learned she cheated on him, and he immediately left her after forcing her to go through with their huge church wedding. You know, it's important to save face with all those people looking on. She was so humiliated. But at the reception, the gang learned Phoebe and JD got married quietly while nobody was looking and they're blissfully happy. Happiness comes from all over. Another amazing plot twist? The three-year renewal!!! YES!!

No one saw that heartbreaking twist coming, and it's provided some really interesting character development for Hodgins and the other characters.

Mike struggles on Suits whether or not to take the plea deal or wait for the jury. The jury comes back, and at the last moment he takes the plea because he was worried all of his friends would go down, as well, if he was found guilty. After Mike plead guilty, Harvey couldn't stand the suspense any more than Mike. Harvey learned Mike would have been found not guilty. He was crushed, but told Mike the jury was coming back guilty...until he couldn't lie anymore. Now everyone knows Mike is going away when he would have been spared. Not the average Hollywood ending!

This was such an interesting twist for the show to take, and it brought God back into the fold as a character that eventually appeared in the flesh, after 11 years of waiting.

The whole Polaris/Flame is actually ALIE 2.0 twist was amazing. It connected the Grounders and Skaikru in an amazing way, and, hello, the Commanders all have an AI in them! Talk about insane. It was so unexpected, and it really made you question everything you thought you knew about the Grounders.
