TV Ratings Report: Code Black & Survivor Go Low Against World Series

CBS: Survivor (6.8 million/1.5 rating) and Code Black (4.4 million/0.7 rating) slipped to series lows, while CBS opted for an encore of Criminal Minds (4.4 million/0.9 rating).
The CW: Arrow (1.6 million/0.6 rating) dipped, but Frequency (0.9 million/0.3 rating) was stable.
Fox: The World Series (39.2 million/12.1 rating) dominated.
ABC: The CMA Awards (12.6 million/2.9 rating) are down considerably in the demo vs. last year.
NBC: It was encores of Law and Order: SVU (3.2 million/0.7 rating) and Chicago PD (3.1 million/0.7 rating).
