Gotham Promo: A Dark Hero Will Rise

If you're not already excited about the return of Gotham, then this promo should do the trick.

What is going on in Gotham?

It looks like Fish makes her return as does Professor Strange. Why have they come back? Didn't Penguin tell them to stay away?

Do they know the Penguin is dead?

The only way Fish would come back is if Professor Strange fixed her up. Is coming to take her rightful place as Queen of Gotham, or is she here to kill everyone who slighted her?

Other villains are back as well including Firefly and Victor Fries.

It looks like they're sitting with Poison Ivy in one scene. What are those three planning and are they part of Fish's posse?

I didn't even think Firefly and Victor survived from last season, so that's a shocker.

The Court of Owls is looking to be quite prominent as well this half of the season which was expected. 

Are they designing the destruction of Gotham for their own purposes? Why? And what are they doing with Doppelganger Bruce?

We haven't seen him in a while and it's very nerve-wracking knowing he's in their hands.

It can't be good for the real Bruce or for Gotham.

But who is the one that's going to rise from the ashes of Gotham?

Is Bruce finally going to become Batman by the end of the season? Will he save Gotham the Court of Owls' grip?

What is the deal with Cat on the ground? She can't possibly be dead, can she?

It sure looks like she took a big fall. If she wasn't dead, why are her eyes wide open like that?

Killing off Selina would be a major no-no unless she's going to end up being a prototype Cat Woman, but is that even possible?

Whatever is going on, we hope that she's okay and just stunned by her fall.

Lee looks like she's finally gone a bit insane as she is face-to-face with Bullock inside the GCPD. 

But the real question is why are all the cops (And Alfred too!) holding guns on her?
