Criminal Minds Sneak Peek: A Mindless Workplace Killer

at .

Google has always looked like a really cool place to work, right?

Well, on Criminal Minds Season 13 Episode 4, working someplace with people that intelligent doesn't seem nearly as cool as all the perks that come with such an environment.

Before we get to the case, though, let's talk about Matt Simmons. I just have to ask:

Is it only because I watched a bit of Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders that Matt fits in so well with the BAU team so effortlessly, or do those of you who have just met him feel the same way?

He's so comfortable and on his game.

Granted, actor Daniel Henney has been in this environment before, but that's never mattered in the past. It's usually how a character is written.

They've given Matt no insecurities whatsoever and it works. His addition to the team is superb!!

Now, about that other environment, the one that isn't so welcoming.

Eeek!!

You are not going to believe what kills these poor employees, but trust me when I say there's a reason the shots were fired so precisely and nobody in proximity was hurt.

After all, the episode is titled, "Killer App," so that should give you some idea, right?

But what kind of an app can possibly do that, and at work, no less?

Well, let's just say whoever is working on it probably should have had a more thorough background test, and perhaps a psychological examination.

How far should exams like those go if you're working with weaponry?

Share your thoughts on Simmons and the team, and let me know if you think people building killer apps should be flying without proper inspection.

And if you're behind on the new season, make sure you watch Criminal Minds online so you get to know the latest crew!
