Scandal is really crossing over with How to Get Away with Murder.
That much was confirmed earlier this month when Kerry Washington shared an image of herself on the set of How to Get Away with Murder.
There was no definite airdate confirmed at the time, but according to EW, the crossover event will air Thursday, March 1 from 9/8c.
Given that the two shows hail from Shondaland and are filled with crazy twists, we can probably expect some of the wildest twists to date for both series.
Annalise is said to stop by Scandal in the first half of the crossover, while Olivia will head to How to Get Away with Murder for the second half.
It's unclear why the two worlds are colliding, but the consensus is that it will have something to do with the class action lawsuit against the state of Pennsylvania for a string of wrongful convictions.
It has been one of the secondary plots on How to Get Away with Murder Season 4, and it looks set to gather steam in the final episodes of the season.
This will mark the first and final crossover between the two shows since Scandal is coming to a close for good in April. It was confirmed last May that the show would wrap after seven seasons.
It's unclear whether merging the two worlds will allow any of the Scandal characters to transition over to How to Get Away with Murder if ABC opts to renew the show for a fifth season.
While ratings have slipped for HTGAWM, it plays well in delayed viewing and is one of ABC's better-performing options in the 10/9c hour. It is expected to return.
