TV Ratings Report: TGIT Return Picks Up Steam
Paul Dailly at .TGIT returned to TV last night for the first time in two months, and it sure looks like viewers were eager for the returns.
Grey's Anatomy (8.2 million/2.2 rating) surged four-tenths vs. its fall finale, Scandal (5.2 million/1.3 rating) rose two-tenths and How to Get Away with Murder (3.8 million/1.0 rating) rose one-tenth.
The CW: Supernatural (1.9 million/0.6 rating) and Arrow (1.4 million/0.5 rating) both gained a tenth.
CBS: The Big Bang Theory (14.7 million/2.9 rating), Young Sheldon (13.2 million/2.4 rating) and S.W.A.T. (6 million/1.0 rating) inched down while Mom and Life In Pieces (6.8 million/1.2 rating) held steady.
NBC: Superstore (3.7 million/1.0 rating) and The Good Place (3.1 million/1.0 rating) were in line with their most recent results, but Will & Grace (4.5 million/1.3 rating), Great News (2.5 million/0.7 rating) and Chicago Fire (5.7 million/1.0 rating) ticked up.
Fox: The Four (3.5 million/1.2 rating) picked up steam.
