TV Ratings Report: Life Sentence Remains a Flop

If you thought Life Sentence would get a bump after positive word of mouth, then we have bad news for you.
Life Sentence Season 1 Episode 2 lost a tenth in the demo vs. last week's fast national broadcast ratings.
It secured 0.6 million viewers and a 0.2 rating among adults 18-49. The CW would be wise to send the series to Fridays and launch The Originals Season 5 out of Riverdale.
Before that, Riverdale had 1.2 million viewers and a 0.4 rating.
ABC: One hour of Speechless (3.9 million/0.9 rating) slipped a little vs. its most recent average. American Housewife (3.6 million/1.0 rating) and Designated Survivor (3.7 million/0.7 rating) were also on the menu for ABC.
CBS: Survivor (8.2 million/1.7 rating) and Criminal Minds (5.7 million/0.9 rating) were right on par with last week's results.
Fox: The X-Files (3 million/0.8 rating) lost a tenth while 9-1-1 (6.5 million/1.6 rating) remained right in line with last week.
NBC: The Blacklist (5.5 million/0.9 rating), Law & Order: SVU (6 million/1.3 rating) and Chicago PD (6.6 million/1.2 rating) were steady with their spring averages.
