Whiskey Cavalier Trailer: A Match Made in TV Heaven

at .

Whoever decided to put Scott Foley and Lauren Cohan together on screen is a genius.

After watching the official trailer for Whiskey Cavalier, it's clear that the pair are a match made in TV heaven.

Despite their characters being at odds for much of the trailer, they are actually really interesting to watch together.

The official logline reads:

After an emotional breakup, FBI agent Will Chase (codename: Whiskey Cavalier) is assigned to work with CIA operative Francesca “Frankie” Trowbridge (codename: Fiery Tribune).

Together, they lead an inter-agency team of spies who periodically save the world (and one other) while navigating the rocky roads of friendship, romance and office politics.

There is action, intrigue and a whole lot of suspense. It looks like a big budget spectacular, and it's coming to ABC during the 2018-2019 season.

Ana Ortiz Attends Event

The cast also includes Ana Ortiz, Tyler James Williams, and Vir Das.

Also, if you're a The Walking Dead Fanatic, Cohan and Williams also starred together on that AMC series, so there's that.

As for Cohan's tenure on The Walking Dead, it will likely be coming to an end soon if this ABC series emerges as a hit.

ABC Quotes

Aren’t we judged by how we treat people? I don’t mean as doctors. I mean as people. Especially those who don’t have the same advantages that we have. We hire Shaun and we give hope to those people with limitations that those limitations are not what they think they are. That they do have a shot! We hire Shaun and we make this hospital better for it. We hire Shaun and we are better people for it.

Dr. Aaron Glassman

Why were you rude to me when we first met then nicer to me the second time we met and now you want to be my friend? Which time was it that you were pretending?

Dr. Shaun Murphy
