TV Ratings Report: Will & Grace Hits New Series Lows
Paul Dailly at .The Will & Grace revival is becoming long in the tooth for some viewers.
Thursday's episode of the NBC comedy dipped to a 0.7 rating (2.9 million total viewers), marking an all-time low for the series.
After a high-flying return last year, the ratings have been steadily declining, and let's just say NBC is probably kicking themselves for handing the series a renewal threw 2020.
Unless the ratings start to go the other way, we could be looking at next season being the last for this once-hot comedy.
I Feel Bad (1.9 million/0.5 rating) and Law & Order: SVU (4 million/0.8 rating) were also down, but Superstore (3.3 million/0.9 rating) and The Good Place (2.7 million/0.8 rating) held steady.
Over on ABC, Grey's Anatomy (7.3 million/1.7 rating) built to a season high in total viewers, while Station 19 (5.9 million/1.2 rating) and How to Get Away with Murder (3.2 million/0.8 rating) built in the demo.
The Big Bang Theory (12.4 million/2.3 rating) and Young Sheldon (10.8 million/1.8 rating) were even, while Mom (7.9 million/1.3 rating), Murphy Brown (5.9 million/0.9 rating), and S.W.A.T. (5.1 million/0.8 rating) each inched up a tenth.
Over on The CW, Supernatural (1.4 million/0.4 rating perked up a tenth, while Legacies (1.1 million/0.3 rating) held steady.
