As we continue into the second half of the season, we'll be digging deeper into Spencer's feelings of responsibility towards his community.
On All American Season 1 Episode 10, he feels determined to find a way to stop the enormous amount of violence that plagues Crenshaw.
Unfortunately, Coop falls deeper into the gang life, despite protests from Spencer and Patience that she should get out.

In some good news, it looks like Spencer and Layla are ready to make their relationship public.

1. Going Public - All American Season 1 Episode 10
It appears that Spencer and Layla's "private" relationship is not so private anymore. They're flaunting it all over the school hallways! Good for them! We don't understand why they were keeping it a secret in the first place.
2. Gang Life - All American Season 1 Episode 10
As Coop gets dragged further and further into the gang life, her best friend Spencer and girlfriend Patience are going to do all they can to get her out of it. Will they be successful or will Coop's story end like Shawn's? We are hoping for the former!
3. Fighting Violence - All American Season 1 Episode 10
Spencer is determined to fight the violence that keeps occurring in his community. That means he'll probably need to spend more time there, making his life even more divided. Hopefully he'll be able to keep it all together.
4. Laura and Spencer - All American Season 1 Episode 10
Spencer's determination to help stop the violence and Crenshaw is a big task to take on. Laura would be an excellent resource in helping him make a difference. She wanted to help Shawn after all.
5. Friends Again? - All American Season 1 Episode 10
Are Layla and Olivia back to being friends after their falling out over Asher? We sure hope so! Spencer has a relationship with both of them, so things could be awkward for him if he got stuck in the middle.
6. Helping - All American Season 1 Episode 10
Now that Layla and Spencer are an item, it makes sense that she would be there for him. He'll need her support as he tries his best to get through to Coop and help his community.
7. Helpful Laura - All American Season 1 Episode 10
It's not just the kids enjoying the nice, sunny day! Laura is there to help too, and judging by the huge grin on Spencer's face, he can't be happier to see her.
8. Angry Olivia? - All American Season 1 Episode 10
Whatever is happening here, Olivia does not look happy about it. Who are these people Layla and Olivia are approaching, and why does Olivia look upset? We'll have to watch to find out!
