TV Ratings Report: New Amsterdam Hits Series Lows

New Amsterdam may be one of the best new shows of the season, but it took a hit for its first episode of 2019.
New Amsterdam Season 1 Episode 10 scored a 1.0 rating (5.3 million total viewers) on a night that found TV schedules disrupted by President Trump.
This was down a tenth and around a million viewers vs. the medical drama's final episode of 2018.
Kicking off NBC's night was Ellen's Game of Games which returned with a solid 1.5 rating (6.5 million total viewers).
Over on CBS, the network went with an original installment of NCIS which also took a hit with a 1.2 rating (11.7 million total viewers).
The Conners was steady with another 1.4 rating (6.9 million total viewers), while The Kids Are Alright built a tenth to a 1.0 rating (4.7 million total viewers).
The figures for Black-ish (currently 0.7), Splitting Up Together (0.7) and The Rookie (0.6) are all likely to change when the finals come in.
Lethal Weapon scored another 0.7 rating (3.3 million total viewers) for Fox, while Lethal Weapon looks up a tenth with a 0.6 rating.
