Sunday's episode of Game of Thrones was eight years in the making, and the cast of the fantasy epic was just as stunned as some of the fans who watched.

Theon Defends His Honor - Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3

Titled "The Long Night," Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3 pushed the characters to their limit as they tried to defend Winterfell from the Night King and his army.

The conclusion of the episode featured an unlikely hero in Arya Stark who dealt the killer blow that killed the Night King and the undead.

The cast of Game of Thrones took to social media after the episode aired to air their thoughts on the battle.

Leading the charge was Arya actress, Maisie Williams.

"how am feeling after that episode. not today bby [sic],” she captioned the video below of co-star Sophie Turner throwing a snowball off the top of Winterfell while singing a Soulja Boy song.

Turner, meanwhile, took to Instagram to share a picture of Theon Greyjoy, who died a hero while defending Bran Stark during the epic episode.

To Alfie and Theon.... ‘You’re a good man,’" Turner captioned the image.

Allen posted the same image, along with another of Theon's breastplate with a broken-hearted emoji.
