On NCIS Season 16 Episode 24, Gibbs had to confront a face from the past, a person he thought died several years before.
Meanwhile, former FBI Agent Tobias Fornell turned to Gibbs to do whatever was necessary to take down drug dealers after his daughter was hospitalized.
