Barry and Iris met in childhood and while it took a while for Iris to reciprocate his feelings, they married in the The Flash’s fourth season.

2. Chidi and Eleanor - The Good Place

Chidi and Eleanor were placed as soulmates in The Good Place’s pilot episode, and quickly developed a strong bond when they realized Eleanor was there incorrectly. Chidi helped her become a better person and they eventually fell in love. Multiple times.

3. Olivia and Fitz - Scandal

Olivia meets Fitz during his presidential campaign and although he is married, the two have an intense attraction toward each other that leads to much more.

4. Shawn and Angela - Boy Meets World

Shawn had always been the fun, less committal friend next to Cory and Topanga, but when he is introduced to Topanga’s friend Angela, everything seemed to change. She seemed to be the one person that Shawn wanted to fight for against all odds.

Britta and Troy started dating in Community’s third season, and while they tried to hide their relationship, nothing stays secret in the study group for very long. They continued dating until Troy’s departure from the show.

13. Brook and Poussey - Orange is the New Black

Brook and Poussey developed a friendship in the third season of Orange is the New Black after Brook becomes depressed and tries to overdose. Beginning in the fourth season, the two are seen to be happy and dating, but their relationship ends rather tragically when Poussey is killed by a guard.

14. Wes and Laurel - How to Get Away With Murder

The two had the strongest friendship out of The Keating Five, being deemed ‘the quiet ones’, but in the second season, they share a steamy kiss and eventually begin a relationship in the third season before Wes’ death.

15. Lucas and Max - Stranger Things

While Lucas and Max may be young, they develop a close friendship in Stranger Things’ second season and share a kiss in the season finale, hinting at a possible relationship.

16. Scott and Kira - Teen Wolf

While there species, fox and werewolf, are known rivals, these two had no problems connecting. After Kira is introduced as the new girl in school, she is included in the pack and eventually becomes Scott’s girlfriend before her departure from the show.

17. James and Lena - Supergirl

James started off disliking Lena for her associating to her brother Lex, but as the two starting spending more time together, James realized that she wasn’t like her brother at all and they developed a romantic relationship until the middle of the fourth season.
