On Riverdale Season 4 Episode 3, airing tonight on The CW, Betty, and Charles get desperate as they try to save their mother and sister from the clutches of the Farm. 

With Charles being an FBI agent, Betty has a front-row seat to finding out what is actually going on.

The CW dropped a sneak peek for "Dog Day Afternoon," and it shows both Betty and Charles being played at their own game.

After Charles reveals that Edgar and his people have been hiding in an abandoned motel, he drops the bombshell that Evelynn has been answering the door to the pizza delivery man. 

Naturally, Charles counters that by sending one of his agents disguised as a delivery man, and it ends in sheer panic. 

Enigmatic Leader - Riverdale Season 3 Episode 22

The clip seemingly lets us hear the officer being gunned down, before Edgar appears on the line, telling Charles that he knows all of his secrets and will go to any lengths necessary to remain away from the law. 

It's certainly a wild clip, and we've already watched the episode. It's completely and utterly bonkers... in a good way. 

You'll need to tune in tonight at 8/7c to find out whether Betty and Charles manage to save their mother and sister.

Madchen Amick, Mark Consuelos, Skeet Ulrich, Casey Cott, Charles Melton and Vanessa Morgan also star. Greg Smith directed the episode written by Ace Hasan & Greg Murray (#403). Original airdate 10/23/2019.
