TV Ratings Report: The Flash Returns Steady as NCIS Slips Without Ziva

The popular superhero drama returned to The CW with 1.6 million total viewers and a 0.6 rating in the demo.
This is right on par with the show's average last season, as well as the season finale.
Batwoman aired an encore right after, scaring up 1.1 million total viewers and a 0.3 rating.
Over on CBS, NCIS (11 million/1.1 rating) took a hit minus Ziva, dropping two-tenths in the demo.
FBI (8.6 million/0.8 rating) also took a hit, but NCIS: New Orleans (6.7 million/0.7 rating) was steady.
NBC's The Voice (8.4 million/1.5 rating) and This Is Us (7.2 million/1.6 rating) each dropped a tenth week-to-week.
New Amsterdam (5.3 million/0.8 rating) was right on par with last week's results.
The Resident (3.6 million/0.7 rating) stabilized in its third week on Tuesdays, but Empire (2.9 million/0.8 rating) dropped another tenth.
The Conners (5.7 million/1.1 rating) and Emergence (3.1 million/0.5 rating) were both down, while mixed-ish and black-ish held steady.
Bless This Mess inched up a tenth to 3.9 million/0.8 rating.
