More happy news for Happy Endings fans:
Adam Pally has been cast for a multiple-episode arc on The Mindy Project Season 2.
According to TV Line, the actor will portray play a new physician at the OB/GYN practice where Mindy works and where James Franco will guest star on the opening pair of upcoming episodes.
Pally is the second member of the Happy Endings crew to find regular work this fall.
Although details remain unclear and a deal is not finalized, it looks very likely that Damon Wayans Jr. will reprise his role as Coach on New Girl Season 3.
The Mindy Project, meanwhile, kicks off Season 2 on Tuesday, September 17 at 9:30/8:30c.
