Paul Dailly began his career in entertainment journalism in 2014, writing for TV Fanatic, where he quickly ascended to the role of Associate Editor. In addition to covering breaking news, new releases, and conducting interviews, Paul helped manage a team of writers. Over the course of his decade-long tenure at TV Fanatic, Paul balanced his passion for media with academic pursuits, earning an Honors degree in Broadcast Production and a Master’s in Fiction TV Writing. More recently, Paul has been freelancing for Monsters and Critics, where he continues to share his insights into the ever-evolving world of television and film.

Paul is a connoisseur of many genres, but he’s particularly drawn to shows with post-apocalyptic themes, such as The Walking Dead, The Last of Us, and The 100. A devoted fan of Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon, he believes the latter surpasses the original series in terms of storytelling. Paul's interests also extend to the world of horror, with a particular fondness for slasher films, as well as iconic franchises like Planet of the Apes and Godzilla. While his enthusiasm for superhero media has waned in recent years, Paul still believes there’s room for fresh and innovative takes within the genre. He’s also a fan of broadcast television, regularly following shows like 9-1-1, FBI: International, Tracker, and The Equalizer.
