Blue Bloods Season 4 Episode 20 Recap: Custody Battle

Christopher Collins is arrested during a domestic disturbance and ends up dead in the bathroom while in police custody with Officer Cutter. Cutter says the man attack him and he only defended himself.

Frank isn't happy when Erin is assigned the case. When the autopsy reveals that a chokehold most likely killed the victim, Erin wants to prosecute Officer Cutter, making many in the NYPD unhappy.

Frank uncovers that Cutter resigned from a police department on Long Island after a similar incident was covered up. After applying some pressure to Cutter's partner, she admits she saw Cutter use the chokehold.

The grand jury chooses not to indict Cutter but Frank decides to fire him anyway.

Jamie encourages Eddie to visit her father in prison and accompanies her when she decides to go.
