Chicago Fire Season 11 Episode 14 Recap: Run Like Hell

Carver wakes up hangover and calls in sick. Stella talks to Severide about Carver.

Herrmann struggles with Cindy's deteriorating health.

The team responds to a fire emergency, and Ritter catches a man and a woman in a closet together. They look flustered at being caught.

The man refuses any medical help and rushes out. Ritter asks him to sign a release form.

Trudy arrives at the firehouse looking for Severide to help her solve an arson case. Mouch offers to solve it on Severide's behalf.

Ritter learns that the man in the closet is a politician.

Kidd leaves a voicemail on Carver's phone without a response. Severide advises her to check on him if she is too concerned about his well-being.

The new station floater asks Violet out, but she turns him down.

Mouch continues his investigation into the arson. The residents don't want to talk to him, and one confronts him.

Kidd visits Carver at home and gives him an ultimatum.

He returns to work the following day.

The politician confronts Ritter and demands he not be mentioned in the incident report.

Mouch comes to Severide with the findings from his investigation.

The team responds to an emergency where a kid's fingers are trapped in a motor.

Ritter confronts the politician and asks him not to threaten him or his firehouse again, or he'll come out with everything he knows.

Herrmann updates Cindy on what has been happening in the firehouse.

Violet kisses Gallo to try and get the floater off her back before he reveals he's going to work someplace else.

Carver apologizes to Kidd for his outburst the other day.

Severide shows Kidd something about Van Meter.
