Have you been waiting for Roy to return to Arrow for, like, ever?

After one fan revealed that they missed Roy on the show, the actor responded, “Roy’s coming back very soon.”

There has been no official word from The CW as of yet about the encore for the former superhero, so this is about as official as it gets.

Haynes was last seen on Arrow Season 4 Episode 12, titled "Unchained." His exit storyline resolved on him being tormented by The Calculator.

After narrowly escaping death when The Calculator went after him, Roy was given the opportunity to move on with his life and left his friends behind.

There have been rumblings for quite some time that Haynes would be returning, but it will be interesting to see how the stars align to allow the character to show back up.

Will Thea still hold a torch for her former love, or will she want to steer clear of him if he shows back up?

We have no idea, but it's sure fun to speculate.

Since exiting Arrow in 2016, Colton has appeared in Scream Queens and The Grinder.

He is currently appearing on American Horror Story Season 7 as Detective Samuels.

It is unclear how many episodes he will appear on, but considering the fact he was part of the character promotional photos released last month, he will likely be around for most of the episodes.
