Cookie wants to start a small label with Dre and Hakeem. Their opposing visions promise a bumpy ride for the trio. Will the label ever get started? Ha. Does Cookie ever give up?
Lucious is going to find himself in a bit of hot water when he rubs Officer McKnight the wrong way. Lucious does what he wants, and he doesn't have all the power in this situation.
Even corrections officers get a break sometime, and it appears that Officer McKnight is taking a little breather. Just a reminder, Officer McKnight is portrayed by guest star Chris "Lucacris" Bridges.
Jamal and Cookie may not be super close at the moment, but Cookie knows Jamal like no other. Will they eventually break down, and who will do it first?

Jamal is performing in this photo from "Without a Country." But what's going on, exactly? We'll find out. He's got the world on a string running Empire and with a successful music career of his own now. Does he miss Hakeem and Cookie?
Michael is posing in the kitchen. He's back, but will it be smooth sailing between him and Jamal as Empire Season 2 progresses? All he's wanted is for Mal to accept who they are as a couple, so signs point to yes.
It's just ludicrous that Chris "Ludicris" Bridges is guest starring on Empire as Officer McKnight and keeping a watchful eye over Lucious in prison. Say what?! Chances are he's not going to be busting out a rap in this one.
Lucious is in the yard at prison. He may have fallen from grace, but how long do you really think he'll be on the downside of fate? Lucious Lyon always finds a way, right?
Oh and Jamal, one last thing, I wanted to tell you first before you hear it out here in these streets. Me, Andre and Hakeem, we're starting our own company.
Cookie: I need you to give Hakeem his album back. Jamal: Why would I do that? Cookie: Jamal you already won. You run the Empire. All Hakeem's got is his music.
