What has Leah looking so upset on this episode of Grey's Anatomy?

Ah, perhaps Dr. Warren is enjoying the happy outcome for one of his patients on Grey's Anatomy.

We have no idea what Dr. Warren in peering at through the window but as usual he's looking handsome doing it.

There is something about having an instrument inside someone's skull that will always make us shiver.

Has their argument actually continued into the operating room? That just can't be good for anyone.

Whatever their conversation was about, Meredith doesn't appear thrilled with the outcome.

With the stress of dealing with both work and home, Derek and Meredith look to be struggling to keep it together.

We don't know why this patient was having surgery but she certainly looks relieved with the outcome.

Given that smile on Derek's face, we hope that means good news for the patient on Grey's Anatomy.
