When the President of the United States unexpectedly drops by and clears out the entire floor, you know it's not going to be a routine visit. As Shelby urges President Haas to stop the airstrike, President Haas asks that Shelby do something that goes against everything Shelby stands for.

Whatever the AIC's goal is, it got Raina and Ryan to join up. They are both decent people, so let's give them the benefit of the doubt. Miranda alluded to the AIC having a noble cause. While Ryan's presence could be excused by him still being undercover, with Raina, her presence can only really be explained by the AIC being good.

Alex and Ryan will have to put aside their qualms in order to get the job done. These two have been through a lot, but involvement in a terrorist operation is probably a deal breaker for Alex. It will depend on how much of Miranda's story Alex's believes.
