Olivia takes a case which takes her away from Fitz and the White House just as the story of their affair breaks in the media. Fitz will no doubt take this as a sign of rejection while Olivia will see it as an act of self-preservation.
Fitz knows that someone close to him is disloyal and he's on a mission to find out the identity of his betrayer on Scandal Season 5 Episode 2. If he and Olivia are ever to have a chance to be together, he has to find a way to weather this political and personal storm.
Huck is a broken man. Can he handle getting back to work so soon after his encounter with Quinn? Has he silenced his inner demons? Could there BE any more questions about Huck? (Yes. Yes, there could be. He's an enigma.)
It's pretty clear from their body language that Quinn disagrees with whatever decision Jake has made regarding Huck. Maybe she thinks Huck can't be saved. Maybe she doesn't want to accept responsibility for her hand in helping him get this way.
