How will Meredith cope with Derek's death, and how will the news affect everyone else?
On Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Episode 22, Meredith shares the news of Derek's shocking death with everyone else at the hospital. We'll get the chance to see how she deals with the loss of her husband, as well as what her plans are moving forward.
We'll also see how the news affects Derek's sister, Amelia, along with his friends and colleagues. I'm not sure anything could bring on tears like Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Episode 21 as we watched Derek lose his life, but this episode will certainly pull at our heart strings.

I can't help but hope some special guests will be present for the funeral. It makes sense that Cristina would be there, as well as Derek's first wife, Addison.
Meanwhile, April makes a surprising decision that Jackson cannot understand, and Bailey and Ben argue about their future.
