It appears we have a theme attaching itself to Jane the Virgin Season 2.
Whether it's a concerted (pun intended) effort or not, we'll be a little bit surprised if Jane isn't serenaded at least once during the season. Why? Because yet another singing sensation is taking up residence on the sophomore CW hit.
Kesha will play a rocker named Annabelle who moves in next door to Jane. She's not exactly a baby person, so that could cause bit of a commotion. She'll be appearing in Jane the Virgin Season 1 Episode 2.
Showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman said, "We are so thrilled Kesha will be appearing on Jane! We are all huge fans of hers, and we are so excited to welcome her to the Jane The Virgin family."
Kesha is joining another well-known musical star who will turn up Jane the Virgin, as it was previously announced Britney Spears will be appearing as herself, and the arch nemesis of Rogelio, to bring to life their long-standing feud.
