An Arrow End Date
Given the continued saturation of superhero shows on The CW, the network will make way for more by announcing Arrow will come to a close during the 2018-2019 season.
A New Pretty Little Liars
Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists will go to series at Freeform with a name change and a June premiere date, and it will be like Pretty Little Liars never went off the air.
A Fairytale Ending
Once Upon a Time will wrap up with Season 7 and will welcome back key players from the past to help restore some order during a final battle against Mother Gothel and the coven of the witches.
Roseanne Will Be a Hit
Roseanne is coming back in March, but ABC will renew the show for an expanded Season 2 after eye-popping results for the first few episodes.
Rise Will Be Big … But Not This Is Us Big
Rise will be no This Is Us, but it will emerge as NBC’s second highest-rated drama series.
Charmed 2.0
The CW will bring the Charmed reboot to the masses in the form of a full-fledged series.
The End of The Vampire Diaries-Verse
The CW will have space for one witch-themed drama and with Charmed the most likely to go to series, the Hope-centric spinoff of The Originals will be nixed.
Blindspot Will Live
Blindspot may be the lowest-rated drama on NBC’s schedule, but its ratings are not terrible. It is close to syndication, so you can count on Warner Brothers to wheel and deal with NBC to keep it on the air for one more year.
Alexis Will Bring Viewers to Dynasty
Alexis’ debut on the original Dynasty is widely considered the reason the show became a huge hit. Nicolette Sheridan’s Alexis won’t bring millions to Dynasty, but it will bring enough to allow the series to continue for Season 2. She will also bring high fashion that will give Cristal a run for her money.
Black Lightning Won’t Spark
Black Lightning will not be the hit The CW thinks it’s going to be and will rate lower than DC’s Legends of Tomorrow did behind The Flash.
A Location Change for Mike and Rachel
Given that Meghan Markle is officially leaving Suits to become royalty, there’s no way that Rachel Zane will be killed off. Mike and Rachel will be offered jobs out of the big apple and it will be within commuting distance for Patrick J. Adams to appear in a recurring capacity for Suits Season 8.
Goodbye, Midnight, Texas
Given that Midnight, Texas concluded its freshman season in September and NBC has yet to renew or cancel the series, it will be announced as dead early in the new year.
Celebrity Big Brother Will Be…
A Hit!
The series will provide a boost to CBS for its concentrated run and will be solid counterprogramming against the Winter Olympics.
No Redemption for Olivia Pope
Olivia will be ousted from the White House on Scandal after Mellie tires of her crazy power plays, and Quinn will be less than enthusiastic about letting Olivia back into QPA.
Jail Time for One on HTGAWM
Simon’s death will raise a lot of questions, and it will pave the way for one key character to head to prison and there will be no way out for that person on How to Get Away with Murder.
A Dark Return on Riverdale
Given that Betty seemed a little too excited by the balaclava on Riverdale’s final 2017 outing, the teen will return to the dark side. She will not go as far as murder, but she will attempt to restore order in town. Will someone else become a killer?
