TV has a lot of very different characters and sometimes it’s difficult to give every one the time they deserve on screen.
Have you ever loved a guest/recurring star so much that you hoped they’d become a series regular? We feel you’re pain because we’ve all been down that road.

Hannah – How to Get Away With Murder
Hannah Keating was the pain in Annalise’s butt. She knew there was more to her brother’s murder than met the eye and would stop at nothing to get revenge on her. We do know someone attempts to kill off Annalise in a few weeks, could it be her?
Camilla – Empire
We know she’s penciled in for a return at some point this season, but we could totally get used to seeing her every week. Her sparring matches with both Cookie and Lucious were beyond hilarious and she and Hakeem were a HOT pairing, despite the age difference.
Collin – Awkward
He really was a fun character and made Jenna a much more interesting person for the short time he was on the show. Wouldn’t it have been way more interesting if he stayed on full time? It’d be way more believable than some of the obstacles in Jenna and Matty’s way this season. I could also totally ship him and Jenna, with Matty out of the equation.
Dina – Jane the Virgin
Dina was a fun character who worked with Rogelio and also dealt him the blow that he’d be killed off his own show. She could easily return and worm her way back on to The Passions of Santos. There has been more crazier developments on telenovelas, right?
Kelly – The Vampire Diaries
Poor Matt has like no family. Tyler left him to fend for himself and he’s not exactly on good terms with Bonnie, or Damon, so it would make perfect sense that his mother would return and actually be a mother. It’s not like Melinda Clarke is doing much else at the moment, right?
Liz – Grey’s Anatomy
Neve Campbell was pretty awesome in her short stint on ABC’s medical drama. There was a lot of story left to tell and there’s also the added benefit that she’s already in the medical profession. Isn’t it time for her to move to Seattle and take a position in the hospital?
Eric – Quantico
For someone who was on a lot of the promotional material for the show, it was a little disappointing to have him killed off in the series premiere. Considering the twists on the show so far, is it safe to assume that he’ll return at some point? Hopefully, There was a lot of potential in his character.
Denise – Scream Queens
Hands up if you’re loving Scream Queens as much as we are. Hands up higher if you’re loving Niecy Nash most about it. Yes, she’s batshit crazy, but she’s also freaking hilarious. The way she keeps pegging poor Zayday is the killer has got to be her best parts. Oh, and the time she tased the hag from Shady Lane in the boob. Ha!
Marin – Teen Wolf
We ‘ve all loved her stint on Teen Wolf, but it could be a little more permanent. She’s been a solid character but she doesn’t get much to do and sometimes appears a mere plot device. Give the woman a promotion and better writing!
Mrs. Ellison – American Horror Story
Mrs. Ellison hasn’t been the greatest character for Madchen Amick, but considering American Horror Story gives it’s cast new roles every year, Amick would be perfect on the show. We’ve seen her play a bitchy New York socialite, a witch and even a waitress. She’s great.
Jackson – The Originals
His days may be numbered, but he’s actually a pretty decent guy. In a town filled with evil beings, he’s one of the good ones. Any fan who thinks that him out of the equation would mean Haylijah would be plain sailing, is crazy. Klaus would never let it happen, so wave goodbye to that thought!
Britney – UnREAL
Britney was fifty shades of cray, but she had a lot in common with Rachel. She also has a score to settle with Rachel, so that would make for good TV. Could you imagine if Britney was in the next season of Everlasting? There would be catfights and not just with the other contestants.
Jenna – Pretty Little Liars
Jenna always seems to pop up as a mere plot device to throw a stupid answer our way. She deserves to have a bigger presence because there is a lot of story left for her. Could you imagine if she and one of the gals were BFFs five years later?
Jimmy – Chicago Fire
His character on The Vampire Diaries became stale, but Steven’s character on the NBC drama is actually pretty decent. The dynamics he brings to the table are really good. Firehouse 51 is mostly middle aged, to older people, but Jimmy is from the younger generation.
Stella – Orange Is the New Black
Ruby Rose’s popularity exploded when she was introduced in the Netflix hit’s third season. I’m willing to bet her character, Stella, has much unfinished business with Piper. She was one of the nicest characters on the show and was drop dead gorgeous. More please!
Annika – Bates Motel
I still refuse to believe that Annika is really dead. Her “murder” set the wheels in motion for the third season’s mystery, but what woud happen if she just popped back up? How would Norma and Norman react because she like died? Well, they’re both a little cray and we could have witnessed the mother and son’s imagination.
Gabriel – The Walking Dead
Gabriel has been pretty hit or miss so far, but we know that if we got a little more of backstory from him, he’d be one of the more engaging characters on the show. He’s pretty damn selfish, but everyone kind of has the right to be y’know since the world has gone to hell.
