It seems not, as on Arrow Season 4 Episode 7, we’ll learn Andy Diggle is alive and under the control of Damien Dark.

Diggle has never given up on his brother, and now his reward will be learning that he’s alive. Although he’s under the control of Damien Darhk, at least he’s not dead!

Oliver must be pretty secure in his relationship again, because Ray seems to be staying with him and Felicity at the loft. He has his stuff all over their dining room table.

Felicity seems interested in whatever it is that Ray is doing. I guess he’ll get a few episodes to say goodbye before becoming a Legend. Sara didn’t get much interaction with the group at all. Wonder why Ray gets more time.

This is yet another couple who will be romantically linked. But for how long? Apparently Thea’s bloodlust is going to become unhinged in front of Alex. Um. Whoops?

Has Oliver changed his name to “United” or is that his slogan? Surely, I jest. His sign looks a little scrapbook for my taste, however. Get Alex on that, dude!

Will this be the future mayor and first lady of Star City? Come to think of it, I wonder what Ray will think of having the city renamed in his honor as well as Oliver’s desire to lead it.
