The Maxi Challenge we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! The queens got dressed up as their celebrity personalities for Snatch Game on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10 Episode 7.
Similar to the ‘Reading Is Fundamental’ and musical challenges, the Snatch Game is a staple of the RuPaul’s Drag Race series. The celebrity role pushes the queens to think on their feet, show off their acting skills and add humor to everything they do. If you can’t make RuPaul laugh, you will never win the season! (And darling, that’s a fact.)
Aquaria portrayed first lady Melanie Trump, Asia O’Hara as Beyonce, Eureka O’Hara as Honey Boo Boo, Monet X Change was Maya Angelou, Kameron Michaels was the late pro-wrestler Chyna Doll, Monique Heart was Maxine Waters, MIz Cracker was Dorothy Parker, and The Vixen was Blue Ivy Carter. But who failed to impressed on stage?
Monique Heart and The Vixen landed in the bottom two. And, after a shocking lip sync that kept going wrong, Monique Heart was asked to sashay away.

Also appearing in ‘Snatch Game’ was the return of an iconic Mini Challenge, a former RuPaul’s Drag Race winner visited the Werk Room, and RuPaul broke character to warn one of the queens.

Alex Trebek Surprise Cameo
Fans of RuPaul’s Drag Race come from every walk of life, but it was surprising to see Jeopardy host Alex Trebek appear during the Snatch Game. He always seemed like a serious and professional guy, but he likes the drama and drag queens like the rest of us.
No Personality
During the ‘Reading Is Fundamental’ Mini Challenge, Eureka O’Hara threw a few fun barbs out at Aquaria and her less than bright personality. Aquaria may be a look queen, but she took all the jokes in stride. She was having fun with the zingers sent her way.
“She Got A Fatty Acid”
Whenever the judges throw out a funny one-liner during the runways, you know they’re living for that moment. We love it, they love it, and the laughs keep on coming. Michelle Visage had the wittiest line of the night when she threw out the fatty acid quip at Monique Heart. It worked perfectly since it was a mermaid/fish theme.
Mermaid Barbie
Miz Cracker’s mermaid look on the runway suited her brand and felt like a character she would wear during one of her shows. It was pink, plastic and totally fantastic!
Biance Del Rio
One of the legends has arrived! RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 6 winner Bianca Del Rio is known for her quick wit, her humor and the character she performed during her Snatch Game. She is one of the queens currently killing it in the real world with jobs and appearances. Before the biggest and most memorable competition of the series, this comedy queen was the perfect surprise visit to the Werk Room to help the queens prepare.
Miss Vanjie (Part 7)
Vanessa Vanjie might’ve been eliminated first, but her legacy lives on as a meme. For the seventh time in a row, a ‘Miss Vanjie’ reference has popped up, but this time it was on the runway. We got a closer look into why the jokes makes all the judges break out into life. And all we could say was, ‘Same!”
RuPaul Shuts Down Beyonce
Beyonce may be queen but she is not queen of the Snatch Queen. Whenever anyone has tried to portray the iconic superstar during Snatch Game, the results have been disasterous. Asia O’Hara should’ve known better! Even RuPaul and Bianca Del Rio flat out told her it wasn’t funny, and the judges never interfere with a contestant’s progress when prepping in the Werk Room. (They give hints to steer in the right direction.)
Maya Angelou Redeemed
Speaking of failed Snatch Game characters, Maya Angelou was another one that most recently failed during her last appearance. Chi Chi DuVayne failed to bring her to life during RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 3. However, Monet X Change did her research! Monet created a funny character that lived up to the name and had all the sass needed to make RuPaul laugh. Good job, Monet.
Melanie Trump
Aquaria made RuPaul laugh! You would assume this would be the unthinkable, but the look queen killed it in her role of Melania Trump. She had all the laughs, quips and one-liners ready to go.
Oil Mermaid
Continuing with the trend of Aquaria’s best week yet, her mermaid look on the runway was so high fashion and fierce. Her idea was outside the book with an oil-inspired chemical spill version of a mermaid. She looked tortured and powerful as she was pushed around the runway.
Begging For It
The only thing Eureka O’Hara wants to read when it comes to Kameron Michaels is a sext. During her Mini Challenge reading, she refused to read Kameron Michaels but instead ask the muscle queen to sleep with her. You have to give it to Eureka, she’s bold, confident and said exactly what was on her mind. Heck, she practically said what a lot of people in the Werk Room were thinking too.
Here Comes Honey Boo Boo
Eureka O’Hara never got her chance to compete in Snatch Game during her original season; she was medically evacuated before then. Boy, did we miss out! Her performance of Alana (aka. Honey Boo Boo) was so hilarious! She committed to the role of young pageant queen and embraced every weird quirk about her. If the prize was only given for the Maxi Challenge, Eureka had this week won!
The Shadiest Read Ever
The ‘Reading Is Fundamental’ Mini Challenge is a staple of RuPaul’s Drag Race. This is the one chance for the queens to throw sharp and cutting shade at each other that makes everyone laugh. We’ve had iconic zingers in the past, like Katya reading Roxxy Andrews about the bus, Jujube reading Raven about being legendary, and Dida Ritz reading Latrice Royale about her sandals to name a few. Monet X Change’s read of Miz Cracker has joined the ranks of the best! RuPaul was laughing, the queens were gagging, and Miz Cracker was speechless.
