Dr. Novak: So, you're apologizing, but you're still saying I'm never going to be good enough.
Dr. Bishop: No that's, that's not what I'm saying. There's no question you're a skilled doctor, Mark. If you want to stay, work under Wendy, we can try again. But, I don't think you're ready as a leader.
