Riverdale Season 7 Episode 11 Recap: Chapter One Hundred Twenty-Eight: Halloween II

Jughead pours out his bottles of milk.

It's only two days away from Halloween. Veronica walks into school in a witch costume, but no one is dressed in costume. The group tells Veronica that Riverdale doesn't celebrate Halloween; there was a tragedy a few years back where a car of teens ran off the road and died in a car crash.

Veronica is feeling nostalgic about her time back home with her family in LA to celebrate the Day of the Dead.

Jughead heads into the student lounge and freaks out seeing people drinking milk. He tells everyone to stop drinking milk.

Jughead calls Ethel and talks with her about the milkman murders. Ethel doesn't see a connection to her parents. Ethel theorizes that the original writer of the killer milkman comic might know something.

Betty fantasizes about Archie and Reggie while they're rebuilding Reggie's car. She fantasizes about making out with both of them. Archie breaks the dream and comes up with the idea of helping Reggie celebrate his first real Halloween.

Betty tells Veronica the truth about her starting to get feelings for Reggie too, in addition to Archie. Veronica encourages her to use Halloween as a way to figure out which of the guys she likes more.

At dinner, Penelope tells Cheryl she should make a plan for how she'll spend Halloween for less hanky panky.

Alice visits the Babylonium to question Veronica about the ghost show. She tells her the entire town stays home to watch her show with Hal. Veronica thinks she can do the event; Alice allows her to do the party, but she gives Veronica a warning.

Jughead is surprised to see Ethel; she has broken out of the convent. Ethel found secret tunnels within the building and used them to escape. Jughead offers Ethel to stay at Mr. Rayberry's place while she's hiding from the police and the sisters.

Midge can't go to Cheryl's slumber party; she wants to see Fangs perform. Cheryl says the sleepover is a River Vixens tradition and she should go. Cheryl comes up with a plan to have Evelyn host the sleepover and both of them sneak out to the ghost show together. Cheryl and Midge agree to the plan, as well as to reveal truths to each other.

Archie and Reggie talk about the romantic vibes they're feeling from Betty. They think Betty might be wanting to get with one of them tonight. Archie and Reggie agree to a deal: whomever Betty chooses, the other guy agrees to back off.

A Halloween party is raging at Pep Comics. Ethel and Jughead use the opportunity to find out the origin of the milkman comics.

Dilton is playing the kid at Betty's house trick-or-treating. Archie is dressed as a cowboy, Betty is Goldilocks, and Reggie is a space hero.

Julian and his goons are breaking pumpkins. Betty, Archie, and Reggie decide to move on to their next part: the cemetery.

The party rages on at the Babylonium; Fangs is performing on stage. Cheryl agrees to perform on stage for the car crash exorcism.

Betty and Reggie howl to the moon. Reggie flirts with Betty, but the mood is interrupted when Julian and his goons drive by.

Betty finds Archie at his father's grave. They reminisce and hold hands.

Betty, Archie, and Reggie go to the haunted house. They find all the broken glass and the scene of the murder in the house. Reggie decides to leave because he notices the sparks between Betty and Archie. Betty has drinks for her and Archie.

Veronica announces the movie for the night is Frankenstein. A musical number is performed by Toni, Clay, Kevin, Cheryl, and Kevin as the dead resurrected Riverdale High students. The song is from The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Cheryl and Toni kiss in front of everyone on stage.

Veronica joins the musical number dressed in a tuxedo and top hat. Alice sneaks into show and is shocked to see the musical number.

Julian and his goons ask Reggie to join them to cause some hell in Greendale. Reggie agrees and jumps into their car.

Betty and Archie kiss. Betty sees the milkman watching them from the window. As they leave, they see bottles of milk on the dinner table.

Veronica, Clay, and Kevin think the event was a success. Veronica wants to institute a midnight monster movie night once a week.

Clay and Kevin ask her about her living at the Babylonium. She lies and says it's only temporary.
