Trapped in the US Embassy with the US Marines threatening to shoot him, Jack gets Tanner's flight key and tries to upload the encrypted information.

Mark has to tell President Heller and Audrey about Jack. Heller speaks to Jack on the phone but Mark convinces him to give the Marines the go ahead to take Jack down. Audrey is furious with her husband.

Kate Morgan believes Jack and manages to arrest him and get him to turn over the flight key to her before the Marines can kill him.
