- They respond when a woman who was overseas for three tours surprise returns home and she accidentally runs him over. He'es stuck under the car.
- After a long dramatic ordeal, they'ree able to revive him and he meets hi sdaughter
- Paul has nightmares about Judd running him over with the truck. He's up to five nightmares a week and Marjan is worried.
- Owen is annoyed that Gwyn left her parrot to him.
- TK apologizes to Tommy for the narcotics incident. Tommy offers him her grief group to attend, and he agrees.
- A doctor tells Paul that he has a serious heart condition and that if it's not treated it can be fatal, but to minimize the risks, he should consider giving up being a firefighter and wearing a defibrillator. He refuses to listen or do anything about it and he and Marjan disagree.
- Owen and the bird don't get along, but she loves Mateo
- Owen tells Judd that the bird is recitingthe things he told it before he life Gwyn and that things were bad when he left back then and the bird was her support
- Paul passes out in his kitchen and nearly dies. Marjan busts his door down and kills 911. When he wakes up, he's upset that they put the defibrillator in and blames Marjan for letting them. He kicks her out
- Owen apologizes to the bird and recalls fond memories through it.
- T.K. goes to grief counseling with Tomm and talks about Gqyn.
- Owen and Catherine show back up at the house with gifts for the board after and its dead.
