Gary and the gang help Delilah celebrate the holidays with the Dixon kids. They all go to pick a tree out and Delilah slips on ice and falls. 

The kids don't know why everyone is making a big deal about it, and Delilah ignores her injury until later when she has pains and spotting. Eddie takes her to the hospital, where she and he talk about how he wasn't here for Katherine during her pregnancy and how great of a father he is. 

Sophie tracks her mother's phone to the hospital and a doctor there tells her that Delilah is pregnant. She's happy about it and thinks the baby should be named after Jon. 

Regina keeps trying to have sex with Rome, but he's not up for it. His sex drive is affected by his anti-depressants. He also tells her about how he needs to feel more like a man and she cares for him so much that it sometimes emasculates him. She asks him how she can make him feel better. He also wants to get off of his meds.

Gary is trying to keep up a happy facade, but he's still mad at Jon. Ashley asks him if knowing why Jon did it would make things better. 

He and Maggie agree to be friends again, and it works. She finds Ashley's scarf in the car, and he tells her that he slept with Ashley, but he's in love with her. She vomits on him afterward, and he realizes that she's doing the chemo. He goes to her chemo with her and decorates her room. 

Ashley is arguing with someone on the phone about not doing anything to the family on Christmas. A process server serves Delilah a 21-day eviction notice. She has to vacate the house in that time frame. She goes to Katherine for help. 

Everyone sees Eddie off as he goes on tour with his band. Katherine tells him not to drink again. 

Flashbacks reveal that the apartment Ashley got the mail from was something Jon bought for them. They were having an affair.
