The Alphas chase Skylar, an Alpha who can make weaponry and gadgets from existing things, who is in contact with the mysterious Z.

They chase Skylar to a house. It turns out Z is Zoey, Skylar’s daughter, a second generation Alpha who has been the mastermind behind some of Skylar’s really powerful creations.

The Alphas decide Skylar is better off on her own rather than under government control and let her go.
