- J is on his way to meet Smurf's estate attorney. He tries to get Pope to go with him and the others, but Pope says J can handle it. Pope is making repairs around the house.
- Angela's parole officer comes looking for her, and he says he'll have to put a warrant out for her arrest. J says they need to change the locks since she has a key.
- They want to contest Smurf's will, but the estate attorney claims she was in her right mind when she drew up the estate document four weeks ago.
- They try to find a way around the will, but the attorney remains firm in it being Smurf's wishes and nothing they can contest. J implies that they could get rid of Pamela, but the estate would just transfer to her family.
- They may have four to six months to vacate the house, and all the accounts are frozen until the estate is settled.
- It's a flashback to young Pam aka Aunt Birdy waiting in the car with the twins while Smurf eventually pulls off a jewelry heist from the pawn shop. Pam seems annoyed but ends up being the get away driver and hits a cop on the way out.
- Craig wonders why Smurf scewed them over and laments not getting the gold back from the cousins. Deran is suspicous that J met with the estate attorney before and knows more than he's letting on.
- J suggests that they sell a lot of the things that they have that aren't on the list to get by.
- Craig is pissed that Renn is dealing out of the house where Nick is.
- Pope tells Deran that they need to lay Smurf to rest, and he tells him about the meeting with the attorney.
- Craig proposes a job after hearing about how successful Renn's haul was with some techies on a boat. He wants to pull a job right then.
- Pamela tells Smurf that she's not in the life anymore because she has to focus on her kids and Smurf has to do the same thing. She's taking a break for now.
- J goes to Frankie looking for a fence. She tells him that Smurf was succesful because she had a network. She aks for a cut.
- Deran wants to know why J knows so much about what Smurf had off the books and none of them did.
- He and Craig found the boat they're about to rip off.But it's a bunch of tech geeks who are only banking in crytpocurrency so they don't come out with anythnig.
- But they had fun on the jetski and set up the nerds on the boat with the coke
- Pope trades in Smurf's car for a new truck and takes the photo she had of her with the twins out of it.
- Deran has been crashing at the bar instead of staying at the apartment he had with Adrian.
- Pam is headed out to a function and Smurf wants to tag along even though she probably won't fit in and she has to leave the kids with Pam's son.
- Pope goes to the burial place where Smurf had plots, but the lady tells him that it's a longer process and she can't be buried today.
- The Feds Adrian was working with comes to Deran's bar and let's him know that he saw Adrian on airport footage and that now he has an interest in the Codys.
- Pete comes to see J and has a job he never would've offered Smurf. It's up in the mountains a fallen plane that has drugs or something in it.
- Janine goads the owner of their house she and Pam are at, Marcus, and embarasses him when she's showboarting and threatens to shoot her with a gun that still has the safety on.
- Craig tells Renn abou the will.
- Deran misses Adrian.
- Pope goes to the plot after hours and breaks down.
- J calls Deran and Craig and tells them about the job. He doesn't say if there are drugs or not.They agree to it if Pope is in.
- Deran goes back to the apartment and sets all of Adrian's things on fire.He gets drunk and goes to Craig begging him to go midnight surfing with him.
- Pam sends little Pope to bed and tries to talk some sense into Smurf and figure out what's wrong with her. she tells her to get it together.
- Pope wakes up by the pool, dirty, disoriented, with the empty bag of Smurf's ashes.
