... Curious when Brad changes his attitude, Katie asks why he's not pushing her to fight for Jack and then guesses he's suggesting she use reverse psychology to win her husband back. He suggests the two of them spend time together but she claims she can't be with him because he's Jack's brother. Jack announces to his kids that he's moving back home but Parker is unimpressed and worries that Katie will be living there too....

... Sending Jack out for a walk, Carly tells her two boys that she's been feeling better lately and has decided that she is going to be okay. She also asks them not to tell Jack what she's said. While Jack stops by the diner to be lectured by Vienna, he runs into Katie (Terri Colombino) who invites him back to their place. He claims he can't go so she walks away....

... Brad stops by again to tell Jack the truth but ends up giving Carly a couple of days to do the right thing. Carly asks Jack to take her back to Montana "before she dies." Jack calls Dr. Evers to make sure she can travel but before the doctor can reveal Carly's secret, Carly grabs the phone and insists that Montana is what she needs to help save her...

... Rosanna sets a romantic atmosphere and talks about their wedding. Paul is distracted, unaware he can't stop thinking about his romp in bed with Meg. Gwen advises Will that she intends to stay at the hospital until they receive word that their son or daughter has been fertilized....

... Barbara offers to have a family dinner and calls Paul to invite him and welcome Rosanna back. Meg surprises Craig when she puts off a dinner date to have sex. But in the midst of it, she remembers having sex with Paul. Gwen jumps for joy when the hospital calls to report the success of the fertilization...
